The full review
The West Building's painting galleries are arranged chronologically by national school — Italian, Flemish, Dutch, French, Spanish — and include Ginevra de' Benci, the only Leonardo da Vinci painting on permanent display in the Americas. The East Building has a permanent Calder mobile in the atrium and rotating modern exhibitions.
Free, including the major special exhibitions. The sculpture garden adds a whole half-day in good weather.
